See, hear, taste, and experience Japan when you join Japan-America Society of Washington DC for the 60th Anniversary of the Sakura Matsuri – Japanese Street Festival on April 9-10, 2022. Held downtown on Pennsylvania Ave., Sakura Matsuri – Japanese Street Festival is the largest one-day celebration of Japanese culture in the United States and is proud to be the grand finale of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Every year, performers, artists, and restaurants travel from across the country and around the world to Washington, DC to share their love of Japanese culture and traditions with the Festival attendees. This year will be ShinDaiko’s seventh year performing at the National Cherry Blossom Festival and our second time at the Sakura Matsuri Street Festival.
